Kemi has spent over two decades leading in health and social care — building teams, protecting the vulnerable, and shaping the leaders who come after her. As Managing Director & Service Manager of Integrity Support Services, and a freelance Team Manager across Local Authorities and the NHS, she has carried the weight of safeguarding, risk management, and complex-case oversight for some of the most vulnerable people in the system.
That depth of real-world leadership is what sets her apart as a John Maxwell Certified Coach and Trainer. Kemi doesn't teach leadership theory from the outside — she has lived it, in high-stakes, high-accountability environments where every decision carries real consequences.
